Covers mildly sunned and soiled.Tailpiece worn. Map presents a 3.5" tear extending outward from gutter which has been neatly closed by tape repair to rear.Gutter edge of map marginally rolled.One signature slightly shaken, but very firm. A clean, crisp, bright Very Good copy.
